I placed an order successfully but have yet to receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Upon finalizing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order number and a summary of your order details. Should you not receive this email within two hours, please contact us to ensure the order is valid.

 

Can I buy a t-shirt with a custom print?

Since we pick the designs of our apparel - t-shirts,sweatshirts and hoodies carefully, we cannot supply clothing with custom prints. But, we are working on bringing the "Personalization" feature so that you can personalize your apparel.

 

Does adding an item to my shopping cart mean I have reserved it?

In your shopping cart, items are not reserved. They are reserved when you place an order and complete the payment. You can use the wish list if you want to keep a list of your preferred products.

 

Can I add items to my order that is already placed?

If you already have an order, you cannot add items. As soon as you place an order, your order gets processed almost immediately in our partner's printing facility.
